Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

At crunchaccessories.com we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 5 days of the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

1.1 Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging with all tags, and seals intact

1.2 Non-Returnable Items Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personalized or customized products.

  • Any Sale item.

  • Downloadable software or digital products.

  • Earphones due to health and hygiene rules.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

OUR FEES FOR RETURN OR REFUND

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return fee is  £0 Re-stocking fee is £0.00

•             Customer Return due to wrong item ordered or no longer required ( For your responsibility )

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake, doesn’t need any more or wrong products so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to pay the return shipping. and we charge a £15.00 restocking fee.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by a third party company, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
